There is still more than a month left until the official Double 11, but the battle drums have already started beating, and businesses are already gearing up to show off their skills in this war without gunpowder.

On September 19, Kwai took the lead in holding the Double 11 Business Conference, announcing that its Double 11 activities will be divided into five stages: preparation period, warm-up period, good start, category day and carnival day, and carefully planned every step from the preliminary preparation to the final climax.

On October 16, Kwai Double 11 officially entered the warm-up phase, creating a strong shopping atmosphere for consumers in advance, while October 18 to November 11 is the official cycle of the event, ensuring that businesses have enough time to promote and consumers have enough time to choose the desired products.

Following closely behind, JD.com also announced at the 2024 JD.com 11.11 Merchant Ecology Partner Conference on September 20 that its Double 11 event will be launched at 8 pm on October 17, one week earlier than last year. JD's move aims to create more sales opportunities for merchants by extending the activity cycle.

It is worth noting that JD Double 11 has already achieved spot sales during the early purchase stage, followed by the "Billion Subsidy Day" on the evening of October 31st at 8 pm, bringing tangible discounts to consumers. Afterwards, there will be special sessions, peak periods, and return periods to meet the shopping needs of different consumers.

Suning.com is also not to be outdone. It announced at the Double 11 Merchant Conference that it will launch a big promotion on October 17th and open early purchase in stock from October 23rd to 25th, bringing consumers a shopping experience of buying and enjoying immediately.

On the evening of October 30th at 8pm, Suning's Double 11 shopping festival entered a strong opening stage, followed by category rotation. Finally, on the evening of November 10th at 8pm, it ushered in a sales boom period, bringing consumers a shopping frenzy.

As a leader in the e-commerce industry, Taobao and Tmall continue to lead the trend of big promotions this year.

On September 25th, at the Double 11 press conference and merchant conference held by Alimama, Tmall announced the latest rhythm of Double 11: the first wave of pre-sales will start on October 14th.

At the same time, according to the Taobao Double 11 investment promotion rules, Taobao's early purchase will start preheating at 0:00 on October 20th and officially start at 0:00 on October 21st; The carnival starts preheating at 0:00 on October 28th and officially starts at 0:00 on October 31st, until 23:59:59 on November 11th.

The return of pre-sale mechanism undoubtedly provides merchants and consumers with more choices and preparation time, but on the other hand, it increases consumers' waiting time and to some extent reduces the shopping experience.

Among them, the first three days are the opening big day, the last three days are the carnival big day, and the middle days are set according to different categories, such as clothing, jewelry, gold, pet personally, makeup, sports and outdoor, food and fresh, etc., providing consumers with diverse shopping choices.
